WHY does The Queen of Stress podcast exist?
In the very first Episode of the Queen of Stress podcast, Dr M talks about why NOW is the time to start this podcast (which has only been about four years in the making!)
Through a journey that started at her 36th Birthday and left her as a complete ‘stress head’ for the last 4 years (well actually, if she’s honest, the last 40 years really) she’s now is coming out the other side, in control of her stress and now is using everything she has gone through and the changes that she has made as the inspiration for The QUEEN OF STRESS.
